Awesome app, especially for vegetarians, but I wish they would add an option to let you pay when you pickup the food
I use the app pretty much every time I go to Taco Bell and its great. I usually alter items a bit and it makes it a lot easier to order this way. They always get my order right too when I use the app!
I like this app a lot. My favorite fast food restaurant app. The only problem is when it fails an order because the store doesnt have the item it just says it cant place order and resets your cart. So I have to create the order and guess what items could be ordered over and over until the order goes through.
Love this app. You can pay through the app and pick up in drive-thru. So easy and convenient.
Some bad moments
The app constantly has issues sending my order to the restaurant, so I end up having to order again at the restaurant and then I still get charged from the order I made on the app. It does the opposite of what it is intended for: making the ordering process easier. Needs to be totally reworked and the deals section of the app never has any deals.
Ive tried to order food on this app for the last 2 days now and it always says "unable to submit order please try again later" and when I do it says the "System is down" like how is it down for 2 days straight FIX IT
Used this, what I thought to be handy app, to place a substantially large order. After hitting the order button the screen went back to the home screen when it shouldve went to a confirmation page. Checked my bank account and I was charged however upon arriving at the Taco Bell to pick up the order, they had no record of it. Needless to say I was charge for the order and have been jumping through hoops to get a refund. It took a week to have someone get back with me and now they are saying up to another two weeks to process the refund. Very shady. I would give it no stars if I could.
Cant place order anymore. Gives error at payment screen. Confirmed by Taco Bell. The cashier said she hasnt had any online orders at all today.
Used to have offers when app first came out. Also frequently says unable to process order.
Some days orders arent received by the store, the store shows as not available, and it doesnt have a full menu. I havent seen a discount on this app for a long time. Is it really worth it - lately Id say no.
