Always a problem

The app constantly has issues sending my order to the restaurant, so I end up having to order again at the restaurant and then I still get charged from the order I made on the app. It does the opposite of what it is intended for: making the ordering process easier. Needs to be totally reworked and the deals section of the app never has any deals.
