It ask you to wait till you get there to click place order. I did that and when I final clicked Im here it already said I clicked that when I did not. So if you are going to place and order through this app make sure your 10 minutes away.

The app has always been great especially when placing an order in advance to pick up later. Unfortunately the last two times Ive used it I arrived at the store to hit "pick up" and it says I have already checked in or my order has been cancelled yet my acct was charged. The first time I went in and my food was ready but had been sitting for at least 30 mins since I actually made the order. I deleted the app and reinstalled hoping to fix the issue. And just now the same thing happened. So I guess I cant use the app unless I plan to pick up immediately for now on.

There are never any deals and they keep advertising a game that is never active. It takes a long time to place an order, much quicker if you order in person.

I used the app for the first time tonight. I didnt even know they had an app until my husband told me about it. I found it to be very easy to use. I pulled up to the drive through and told the lady working the window that I had placed an order from the app and told her my name. She said pull to the next window. I liked that I could pay for my order through the app.

When it first launched, it was buggy or at least on the store side it was unreliable. But now, its awesome!

I used to use the app once or twice a month. But now for some reason no matter what card I use the app tells me there is an error, wipes my order and than freezes. Not even worth putting an order together when you know its all for nothing. :( really sad.

This app is useless if the restaurant is closed and no notifications are given. I try to save time on my lunch break so I use the app. Twice now after paying for food...I get to Taco Bell and the restaurant is closed.

Free food, free merch, great design. Its great! I want Taco Bell now! lol

Love the app but the employees need to learn to check for online orders more. I always have to tell them inside that I made an order online and they just ask what it is and to see my phone...do they not have a way to see the online orders or what?

I mean, you get free stuff just from downloading it.

I tried the app if you days ago. I went in and waited about 15 minutes before I asked about my order. They said they did not receive it and I showed them the email confirmation. When my order was ready they called my name? My name was not on the portion of the email confirmation that I showed them. I tried the app again today and went through the drive-through… It seemed to work fine.

Why can I edit my food but not my drink? Im the guy who likes no ice. Yet every time I order I cant put a comment to say no ice.

Super easy to order and customize options I didnt know existed

The only bad thing is that I now eat at Taco Bell at least twice a week.

I couldnt believe it, my food was ready before the people in front of me in line.
