The app is great, I love being able to order then pick it up through the drive thru. The rewards are nice too :)

I love using the mobile app to order. Customization options are incredible and cutting down on time in the store or in the drive-thru is a huge bonus. Not to mention exclusive offers and discounts.

This app has changed my life.

Allow cash payments on online orders. Im a server and couldnt use it because all my money is cash. Didnt go to Taco Bell that night, and I guess I wont ever again.

Quick and to the point. Excellent UI. Ordering is super easy. Lots of free stuff to be earned. So much easier to customize an order on here than at the drive-thru on the fly. Love it! Long live Taco Bell! Live Mas!!!!

It even gives random discounts, food is being prepared while you wait in line to get to the intercom. Quick, Fast & Easy!

Theres a lot to be said about a large company app. No issues here. Easy ordering and payment, definitely speeds up the drive-thru wait time!

Okay I guess

The UI is very nice, and it accomplishes its task nicely. I LOVE the customization options, and have started eat a lot more Taco Bell since I downloaded this app because of them. I have a few gripes Ill list, but they boil down to personal tastes: 1. Unable to replace condiments, I would like to be able to swap out jalapeño sauce for regular cheese sauce without paying extra. Instead I have to order without jalapeño sauce and add cheese sauce for an additional fee. 2. I really like the discounts that are added through the app, but I wish they would stick to a flat percentage off. When I am picking up lunch, I tend to not hit the required spending amount. It seems the convince of me just having to pick up my already placed order should merit this. 3. There seems to be occasional miscommunications in item availability. Perhaps its just my location, but the freezy machine goes down a lot. There should be a way that the store can prevent orders for certain items if they can not deliver. Ive also been able to order items they were not carrying anymore and had to be given a refund/replacement item.

I love this app because my order is always so complicated at Taco Bell and with the all I dont have to try to explain what I want to someone! You get great discounts every month they have a coupon you can use on every order you place. My ONLY complaint is I wish you could order a side of nacho cheese through the app!!!! Please add this. Lol I always have to pay 50 cents at the window

I do wish it would allow me to place an order before the store opens. Id like to pick up my breakfast as soon as it is ready which means I am already driving to get there at the opening time. As it is, I have to wait to place the order until I arrive.
